Personal Training/Sports Performance Training

Personal Training at Crossfit Unbroken includes a few different avenues one can take. We have 1 on 1 personal training and semi-private training. These types of training have different benefits for the individual, which will be explained further. If one wants to do sports performance training, one will raise their game or take their team to the next level. Our sports performance training programs provide individualized training based on personal goals and sport-specific demands. With our sports performance training we can do group training or team training.

Private Training (1 on 1)

Our private training (1 on 1) improves functional movement to support the physical demands of life and sport. We help athletes of all levels shore up weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build strength and power. This will include a consultation at the beginning to assess any movement deficiencies.

Semi-Private Training (2+)
Looking for programming that’s more personal than group classes but not quite as intimate as private sessions? Try personal training in a small group setting. It provides high accountability, and you’ll receive individualized programming. You’ll also have unlimited access to our group training classes (Unbroken Unloaded, CrossFit and Fivebar).

Sports Performance Training

These programs include performance testing as well as regeneration techniques to improve overall performance and to educate athletes about how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices effect their play. Our services can help them increase performance while decreasing their injury risk. This includes the FMS, which is used widely across all sports to screen for movement deficiencies that athletes may have.
