FiveBar Weightlifting

Our Fivebar program is designed by our very own Coach Jason and is a program that’s designed for the athlete who wants to get stronger!  It’s based around the five competition lifts:

  • Squat
  • Bench
  • Deadlift
  • Snatch
  • Clean and Jerk

Who is Fivebar targeted towards?

  • Anyone who is looking to become stronger for general strength and conditioning or for CrossFit classes
  • Anyone who wants to be better at weightlifting or powerlifting, whether it’s for competition or for confidence!

Our Fivebar classes will allow you to practice your lifts, make up missed sessions, or follow a specific strength program, all with the guidance of coach Jason.  As with all of our classes, Fivebar classes are included in your CrossFit membership and can be scheduled through our regular RSVP pages.
