Kyle Krogmann

Kettlebell Athletics Level 1, FMS Level 1, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cornell College, IA, and Master’s of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University, IA. Attends the Perform Better Summit every year, and follows Charlie Weingroff, Michael Boyle and Gray Cook closely. Kyle has individualized his approach to programming, but was guided by many individuals.

Patrick Manner

Owner, Founder and Director of Nutrition

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach

Patrick brings a varied background to CrossFit Unbroken, including owning his own restaurant as a four-star chef and more than 20 years in organizational development and leadership in corporate positions at Capital One, Washington Mutual, Ingersoll Rand and Johnson Controls. Since athletics have always been a part of his life, his passion for fitness and wellness as a lifestyle is what led him to launch CrossFit Unbroken.

Patrick leads the nutrition programming at CrossFit Unbroken. His approach is unlike most nutrition programs, emphasizing basic nutritional education and accountability. Patrick’s services are available both through CrossFit Unbroken’s in-house 12-week nutrition sessions and through distance programs for those who do not live in the area.

Joe Moro

Director of CrossFit

CrossFit Level 2 Trainer

Though he played basketball, baseball and football while in high school, Joe spent his collegiate years as a defensive back for Concordia University Wisconsin’s Falcon football team. His original plan was to become a math teacher and though he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Concordia University, he found that his true passion was in the gym training others to achieve their goals.

Joe brings two years of experience as a certified CrossFit trainer to CrossFit Unbroken. He’s also served as an assistant football coach for the Concordia University football program.

His emphasis is on preparing CFU athletes for competition along with teaching regular classes. He also enjoys working with and mentoring young athletes.

During the upcoming year, Joe will be pursuing additional CrossFit certifications, including weightlifting and gymnastics.

Jason Olejniczak

Director of Weightlifting, CrossFit Trainer

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, USA Weightlifting Level 1 Weightlifting Coach

After playing football and throwing shot put at Germantown High School, Jason continued his football career as a starting guard on the offensive line for the UW-La Crosse Eagles. Upon graduating from college, Jason served as a coach for the Homestead High School track, football and wrestling teams.

Jason enjoys working with athletes of all ages at CrossFit Unbroken, from helping student athletes get ready for their sports season to helping older athletes play sports recreationally. He particularly enjoys the process and tapping into the motivation that athletes have in wanting to get better with an end goal in mind.

In addition to leading regular classes and personal training, Jason also heads up CrossFit Unbroken’s weightlifting and barbell club, which is open to all members.
